Great feel to this... I love the pads.. and the guitar sound sweet..
Yeah, what a great tone..
Nice to hear someone play with a bit of feeling and soul... 
You got some nice touches.. and certainly no slouch on the fretboard...
I like the way you you use repeats in your phrasing over chancging chords.. Nice..
Iwould have liked the drums to have a bit more balls, but that's just me, and it certainly doesn't take anything away from a superb piece of music..

Yes, you've got some nice ideas, but I would put the guitar a bit up. All you can hear are drums.
